WHAT I TREAT / LOWER BACK PAIN
Lower Back Pain
Lower back pain is rarely 'just one thing.' Most flare-ups have a clear trigger and a clear path out — but it requires assessing how you move, not just where it hurts.

MY APPROACH
How I treat lower back pain.
Assess
A thorough exam to identify which structures are involved and what movements provoke or relieve symptoms. We rule out red flags and build a clear picture of what's actually going on.
Treat
Manual therapy and movement-based interventions to reduce symptoms quickly. Education on what you can do — and stop worrying about — so you're not stuck in a fear-avoidance cycle.
Build
Progressive loading to rebuild capacity. The goal is a back that can handle deadlifts, long runs, busy days at work, and picking up your kid — without flaring up.
