WHAT I TREAT / HIP PAIN
Hip Pain
Hip pain often shows up as something else — back pain, knee pain, a 'pulled' hamstring that won't fully recover. The hip sits in the middle of how you move, so resolving it requires looking at the whole system.

MY APPROACH
How I treat hip pain.
Assess
Detailed evaluation of hip mobility, strength, and how your hips load during the activities that matter to you — squat, hinge, run, lift. We map the chain from low back to ankle to understand what the hip is compensating for.
Treat
Manual therapy to restore mobility and tissue quality. Dry needling and targeted soft tissue work to settle down chronic guarding patterns.
Build
Progressive loading — first to rebuild capacity, then to challenge it. Programming tied to your sport or training so the hip holds up where it matters.
