WHAT I TREAT / NECK PAIN
Neck Pain
Most neck pain isn't a structural problem — it's a loading problem. Hours at a desk, poor sleep position, training without recovery. The fix is usually clearer than people expect.

MY APPROACH
How I treat neck pain.
Assess
Neck exam plus a look at thoracic spine mobility, shoulder mechanics, and the daily loads — desk setup, training, sleep — that are feeding the issue.
Treat
Hands-on care to restore mobility, reduce guarding, and break the headache or pain cycle. Dry needling when appropriate.
Build
Targeted strengthening for the deep neck flexors and the supporting upper-body chain. Practical changes for desk setup and training that keep symptoms from coming back.
