WHAT I TREAT / ROTATOR CUFF INJURY
Rotator Cuff Injury
A cranky rotator cuff shows up as pain reaching overhead, aching at night, or a press that just won't cooperate. Whether it's an irritated tendon, a partial tear, or recovery from a repair, the path back is about restoring how the shoulder loads — not just resting it.

MY APPROACH
How I treat rotator cuff injury.
Assess
A full shoulder exam plus a look at scapular control, thoracic mobility, and how your whole upper body loads under training. We identify what's irritating the cuff and what's protecting it.
Treat
Hands-on care to restore range of motion and reduce tissue restriction, with joint mobilization and soft tissue work when appropriate — enough to get you loading the shoulder well again.
Build
Progressive rotator cuff, scapular, and full upper-body strengthening built around your sport or training. For most cuff issues — and many tears are managed well without surgery — progressive loading is what rebuilds a shoulder you can trust.
